Thai Coconut Lemongrass Curry Saucy Noodles

Rich + creamy is the name of the game with this dish, a nod to the beloved khao soi. This fiery noodle is a reflection of trade patterns through Yunnan, Burma, Laos, and Thailand - culminating in a remarkably bold dish!

Barely taste anything

I picked up a box at Ross and was more than excited to try them out. Unfortunately, after making it, I came to the realization that the flavor of the sauce was very faint. I added grated garlic and Sriracha to try helping it out. The flavor itself seems pretty good, it's just very, very weak. Kinda like lecroix in ramen form. The color is nowhere near the box photo as well.

Absolutely delicious. The shrimp in my freezer have found a new home.
