Luscious and umami, these noodles are our tribute to the Vietnamese-American invention of garlic butter noodles. Born in San Francisco by Viet restaurateur Helen An, this dish is Asian "fusion" done absolutely right!

Love This Flavor!

More expensive than "typical" ramen, but such depth of flavor so quickly seems so very worth it! The aromatics of this garlic & black pepper sauce alone are deeply satisfying, let alone adding the chewy knife-cut style noodles!!! Tried alone, next will make with a fried egg! My favorite flavor sauce from Omsom yet!
