Vietnamese Garlic Black Pepper Saucy Noodles

Luscious and umami, these noodles are our tribute to the Vietnamese-American invention of garlic butter noodles. Born in San Francisco by Viet restaurateur Helen An, this dish is Asian "fusion" done absolutely right!

Delicious!

These are my favorite of all the Omsom noodles. We save a lot now because we order take out less!

Literally SO Good

I saw these all the time at Whole Foods and kept passing them by as a "next time" purchase. I finally broke down and got them and oh man are they worth it. Added a splash of lemon juice and they're so killer.

Off putting taste

The mushroom taste is very strong and there is little to no garlic or pepper taste. It just kind of tastes...wrong

Best sauce ever

When it's too hot to cook, when your day was busy, when you have no idea what to make for lunch or dinner, this is the best. No matter what omsom sauce you pick to use with the noodles or vegies, it's perfect.

Love This Flavor!

More expensive than "typical" ramen, but such depth of flavor so quickly seems so very worth it! The aromatics of this garlic & black pepper sauce alone are deeply satisfying, let alone adding the chewy knife-cut style noodles!!! Tried alone, next will make with a fried egg! My favorite flavor sauce from Omsom yet!
