This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from omsom.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Users of the Program that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Program to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Your California privacy rights
We collect various types of personal information about you during the course of your relationship with us as a customer. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Consumer Rights
If you are a resident of California, the CCPA grants you the following specific rights regarding your personal information. In order to exercise your rights, you must submit a consumer request, which must then be verified. Generally, in order to verify your requests, we will compare the personal information we have about you to pieces of personal information we will request in the course of processing your request. The personal information required for verification may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, or the date of your last purchase from us. We will deliver a response to you within 45 days of receiving the verifiable consumer request.
Right to Know
You have the right to submit a verifiable consumer request that we disclose the following to you in a readily useable format covering the 12 month period preceding your request:

Right to Request Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from you. However, we are not required to comply with a request to delete, if it is necessary for us to retain the personal information in order to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Right to Non Discrimination
You have the right to be free from discrimination when you exercise your consumer rights under the CCPA, including by:

- Providing you a different level of quality of goods or services.
- Suggesting that you may receive a different rate for goods or services or a difference level or quality of goods or services.
Notice of Price or Service Difference
We may offer consumers who provide personal identifiers, including their name and email address a discounted rate for our products, exclusive rewards, free shipping, and access to member-only shopping events and sales. The value of this personal information varies based on the amount the consumer purchases at the time they sign-up, the value of future offers the consumer receives, and the extent to which they use those offers on their future purchases with Omsom.
Consumers may opt-in to our loyalty program by signing up on our website at www.omsom.com. Consumers may cancel their participation in this program at any time by contacting our customer service at hello@omsom.com.
Authorized Agent
Under the CCPA, you may appoint an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise your rights on your behalf. Should you choose to do so, for your and our protection, we will require you to verify your identity directly with us and directly confirm that you have provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. We note, should your authorized agent fail to submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf, we will deny their request.
Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
