고추장 불고기: a KBBQ fave - a mouthwatering balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy
Fire up Korean Spicy Bulgogi with everything from tofu to salmon in under 20 minutes!
Literally meaning “fire meat” in hangul, bulgogi is traditionally cooked over an open flame — sometimes grilled at the center of a KBBQ spread or atop a lil’ electric at-home grill. Serve with white rice and all the banchan, and you’ve got a family fave.

I love this bulgogi starter as a marinade and stir fry sauce. I only wish it came in bottles because I usually need a little more than one packet for my meal.
I feel like bulgogi seasoning can often be on the sweet side - but this is so delicious and flavorful! The spice and the smokiness really are perfect flavors and I have used it on a flank steak and onion mix and noodles.
We love these sauces and use them at least a couple times per week. Absolutely delightful and fun to mix and match some of the flavors as well. Pure perfection.
I mixed the Spicy Beef Bulgogi with the tumeric rice. Great idea. Thanks.
You mixes are amazing. So many thanks for your great products.
So pleasantly surprised by how good this sauce is. In my experience pre-made sauces are never that great but this one is!
I started with sampler packs, gave some as gifts and keep recommending and reordering! The recipes are so easy and unlike anything I’ve ever cooked before. I’ve even made side dishes recipes from Omsom to make meals even better. Bulgogi is my favorite so far, but so many more recipes and combinations to try!
