Spicy Mala Sauce


  • 1 Omsom Chinese Spicy Mala Sauce
  • 4 pickle spears
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese


  1. Put a slice of cheese in the middle of the skillet. 
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges turn brown and crispy. 
  3. Place a pickle spear on top of the cheese. 
  4. Put half a tablespoon of Omsom sauce on each side of the pickle spear. 
  5. Use a spatula to wrap the cheese edges around the pickle.
  6. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to cool + enjoy!
