Ingredients
Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles

- Omsom Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. neutral oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili crisp
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 sausage, cooked
- Mayo for garnish
- Tonkatsu sauce (or sriracha) for garnish
- Furikake for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles, and set them aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and Greek yogurt.
- In a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the oil until hot. Then, spread the Saucy Noodles evenly and cook until the noodles get slightly crispy.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture all over the noodles, then place chili crisp, cheese, and sausage.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the eggs are set around the edges. Fold it in half, and cook for a minute or so.
- Garnish with mayo, tonkatsu sauce (or sriracha sauce), and furikake.
