For The Noodles:
Omsom Soy Garlic Saucy Noodle
2 Asian-style cheese bread (or any soft, milk bread in hotdog bun shape)
½ cup chopped cabbage
½ cup chopped fresh shiitake mushrooms
For The Garnish:
Kewpie mayo
Toasted sesame seeds
Scallions
Sweet & spicy sauce (like barbeque or tonkatsu sauce)
Instructions
Chop your veggies and set aside. Cook noodles as directed, drain and set aside. Stir fry veggies in the same pot you cooked the noodles in and turn off heat when ready.
Slice bread on the long side but not all the way through. Optionally, you can toast your bread if you’d like.
Add the noodles into the pot with veggies and the sauce packets. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Place a generous portion of noodles on top of each bread.
Garnish your yakisoba bread and enjoy it immediately.
