  • Omsom Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. chili crisp
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 package extra-firm tofu, patted dry and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 2 baby bok choy, trimmed and sliced vertically into pieces
  • Scallions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Make the noodles from Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles and thinly spread them on a sheet pan to cover.
  2. Make the marinade by mixing the hoisin sauce, toasted sesame oil, honey, chili crisp, chopped garlic, and toasted sesame seeds in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Dip each tofu slice into the marinade, coating both sides, then add them to the sheet pan. Push the noodles aside to ensure the tofu slices touch the pan as much as possible. Bake it for 15 minutes.
  4. Add baby bok choy to the same bowl with the residual marinade, tossing it to coat with the sauce.
  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add the bok choy. Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the greens are crispy. The noodles should be crisp on the bottom and at the edges. Garnish with scallions, and serve.
