  • Omsom Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles
  • 3 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp. gochugaru
  • 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish 

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumber, onion, sugar, salt, garlic, gochugaru, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and Soy Garlic sauce in a prep bowl. 
  2. Add cold water to the bowl and keep it in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. Cook the noodles first, then drain and wash them under running cold water over a strainer.
  4. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the cold cucumber soup over them. Garnish with ice and toasted sesame seeds.
