Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles

- Omsom Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles
- 3 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tbsp. gochugaru
- 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 cup water
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Combine cucumber, onion, sugar, salt, garlic, gochugaru, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and Soy Garlic sauce in a prep bowl.
- Add cold water to the bowl and keep it in the fridge until ready to use.
- Cook the noodles first, then drain and wash them under running cold water over a strainer.
- Put the noodles in a bowl, add the cold cucumber soup over them. Garnish with ice and toasted sesame seeds.
