Spicy Bulgogi Sauce

- 2 Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Sauce
- 1 pack of Omsom Saucy Noodles (you can keep the sauce packet for another time!)
- 1/2 can SPAM, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 8 Vienna sausages
- 8 oz. soft tofu
- ¼ cup Korean rice cakes
- 1 cup enoki mushrooms
- 2 stalks scallion, sliced
- ⅓ yellow onion
- ¼ cup kimchi, chopped
- 4 cups broth (we like bone broth!)
- 1-2 slices American cheese
Serve with:
Pair with steamed rice + other Korean side dishes to make it a feast!
Instructions
Let’s get cooking:
- Combine SPAM, sausages, tofu, onion, mushrooms, and rice cakes in a shallow pot. Top with kimchi and Omsom sauce. Slowly pour broth in until the ingredients are barely covered.
- Close the lid + cook on medium-high heat until broth starts to boil.
- Add in remaining ingredients – noodles, scallion, + cheese.
- Boil + cover until the noodles are cooked, about 4 mins!
- Serve by dishing out soup, protein, and vegetables into individual soup bowls + enjoy!
