Ingredients

  • 2 Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Sauce
  • 1 pack of Omsom Saucy Noodles (you can keep the sauce packet for another time!) 
  • 1/2 can SPAM, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 8 Vienna sausages
  • 8 oz. soft tofu
  • ¼ cup Korean rice cakes
  • 1 cup enoki mushrooms
  • 2 stalks scallion, sliced
  • ⅓ yellow onion
  • ¼ cup kimchi, chopped
  • 4 cups broth (we like bone broth!) 
  • 1-2 slices American cheese

Serve with:

Pair with steamed rice + other Korean side dishes to make it a feast! 

Instructions

Let’s get cooking:

  1. Combine SPAM, sausages, tofu, onion, mushrooms, and rice cakes in a shallow pot. Top with kimchi and Omsom sauce. Slowly pour broth in until the ingredients are barely covered.
  2. Close the lid + cook on medium-high heat until broth starts to boil. 
  3. Add in remaining ingredients – noodles, scallion, + cheese.
  4. Boil + cover until the noodles are cooked, about 4 mins!
  5. Serve by dishing out soup, protein, and vegetables into individual soup bowls + enjoy!
