- 5 stalks lemongrass, roughly chopped (use only bottom 3 inches of the stalk)
- 1 5-inch piece of galangal or ginger, peeled and sliced
- 13 makrut lime leaves, hand ripped
- 10 cloves garlic, peeled
- 5 Thai chili peppers, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp. salt
