- Omsom’s Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 4 stalks green onion, sliced into 2-3 inch pieces
- 1/2 cups sliced fresh or dried + rehydrated shiitake mushrooms
- 3 large fresh water chestnuts, peeled and sliced (about 1/3 cup) or 1/3 cup drained canned sliced water chestnuts
Instructions
Let’s get cooking!
- Boil noodles until al-dente, then drain.
- Heat oil in a wok until shimmering. Add water chestnuts, stir for 10 seconds until browned, then add mushrooms + scallions.
- Add Omsom’s "Soy Garlic" sauce and noodles, stir for 2 minutes until noodles absorb sauce.
- Transfer noodles to a platter. Enjoy!
