Happy Lunar New Year! We’re big fans of celebrating this holiday in a third-culture way, so are so excited to introduce a limited-edition apron top in collaboration with DAWANG — for hopping around town with friends (+ then wolfing down munchies on the couch after)!

We’ve long been fans of DAWANG (Vanessa + Kim have worn many of their designs to parties + festivals!) As small business owners, we quickly formed a personal friendship with Daisy over the years — so it feels like a dream come true to collab on something so unapologetically sexy for the new year!
We chose a rich + distinct royal purple as the antithesis of conventional red being the main Lunar New Year color – to showcase the multitudes of perspectives + traditions associated with the holiday.
(Fun fact, in traditional Chinese symbolism, purple symbolizes divinity + immortality. In modern times, purple is used to represent love or romance!)
