Ingredients
Garlic Black Pepper Saucy Noodles

- 1 Omsom Vietnamese Garlic Black Pepper Saucy Noodles
- 5-6 sheets of rice paper
- 2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp. neutral cooking oil
- ½ cup cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare Omsom noodles per package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl of hot water, quickly soak a sheet of rice paper for 5 seconds. Place the rice paper on a large cutting board.
- Put a small handful of cheese in the center of the rice paper + quickly add some noodles on top of the cheese.
- Add in a pinch of cilantro sprigs + fold in the sides of the rice paper, before rolling to form a burrito-like dumpling. Repeat steps 2-4 until all noodles are used.
- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- Pan-fry each dumpling in batches, searing for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Place dumplings on a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
