Spicy Bulgogi Sauce

- 1 Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Sauce
- 1 lb. beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch recommended)
- 1 cup scallions, sliced
- 1 cup kimchi, drained + chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup cilantro, stemmed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (we like cheddar!)
Instructions
Prep your protein!
- In a large bowl, combine 1 Omsom sauce with thinly sliced beef, sliced scallions, + onion slices. Toss to coat the beef and onions evenly in the sauce.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (overnight for maximum flavor!).
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, add the marinated beef + onions and cook on one side for 1 minute.
- Flip + cook the second side until browned + crisp in spots, about 2 minutes!
- Repeat in batches until all the beef has been cooked.
Let’s get assembling!
- Spoon rice onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top the rice with a layer of cooked beef, followed by kimchi, shredded red cabbage, cilantro, sliced scallions, + shredded cheese.
- Roll by folding in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly, enclosing the filling. (Pro tip: warming the tortilla a bit makes it easier to roll!)
- Serve burritos immediately while warm + enjoy!
