Spicy Bulgogi Sauce

- Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Starter
- ¾ lbs. asparagus
- 1 scallion, sliced
- neutral cooking oil
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Trim off and discard the thick, woody ends of the asparagus.
- Heat the oil on medium-high heat and fry the asparagus for 3-4 minutes, flipping periodically, to get a lightly charred look.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Pour the Omsom starter over the asparagus, using a pair of tongs to gently toss the asparagus so it’s coated on all sides. Be careful, it may splutter.
- Cook, turning periodically, for 1-2 more minutes, depending on how well done you like your asparagus.
- Salt to taste, top with scallions and sesame seeds, and you’re done! Enjoy!
