Let’s get cooking!

- Marinate the guanciale in Omsom Krapow sauce for at least 10 minutes.
- Roll out the frozen pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough evenly and thinly, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Scatter marinated guanciale, jalapeno, and Calabrian chili over the cheese.
- Bake pizza in preheated oven according to the instructions on package, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven. Sprinkle all the fresh herbs + shallots on the top. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
