  • 1 Omsom Thai Krapow Sauce
  • 1 package frozen pizza dough (enough for one pizza)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for dusting the surface and rolling pin)
  • 1 cup guanciale 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup calabrian chili, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • Handful of herbs (we like mint, Thai basil, and cilantro) 
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced

Serve with:

Squeeze lime wedges over the pizza for an extra burst of flavor! 

Instructions

Let’s get cooking! 

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen pizza dough package.
  2. Marinate the guanciale in Omsom Krapow sauce for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the frozen pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough evenly and thinly, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  7. Scatter marinated guanciale, jalapeno, and Calabrian chili over the cheese.
  8. Bake pizza in preheated oven according to the instructions on package, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven. Sprinkle all the fresh herbs + shallots on the top. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
