Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles

Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles


  • Omsom’s Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles
  • 1 Omsom Vietnamese Lemongrass BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 lb. beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. neutral oil
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, seeded + sliced
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)


Let's get cooking!

  1. Prepare Omsom noodles per package instructions, setting aside the sauce for now.

  2. Season beef cubes with pepper. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork for 6-7 minutes until nearly cooked through. Set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add bell pepper, cabbage, spinach, and pour in Omsom Cooking Sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. Return cooked noodles and pork to the pan. Mix well!

  5. Add Omsom Soy Garlic sauce to the noodles, pork, and vegetables. Toss to combine.

  6. Garnish with sliced scallion and sesame seeds. Serve.
