Thai-Style Fried Egg Recipe

Instructions
- On medium-high, heat 2 tbsp. oil in the pan. Once oil is hot, crack the egg into the pan. Tilt the pan so that the egg and oil pool together on one lip. (Be careful of hot oil + splatters!)
- Carefully spoon hot oil over egg until top of egg yolk is white. (If you prefer your egg well done, you can keep the egg in the pan for another minute. Fry even longer for the trademark crispy edges!)
- You’re done! Serve atop any Krapow. Enjoy!
