Coconut Lemongrass Curry Saucy Noodles

- Omsom Coconut Lemongrass Curry Noodles
- Skin from about ¼ roast turkey
Instructions
Preheat your air-fryer!
- Preheat the airfryer to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the skin!
- Carefully peel off the skin from your leftover turkey
Let’s get cooking!
- Spread the turkey skin flat on the parchment in a single layer.
- Bake for about 5-6 minutes, until the skin is crisp and golden.
- Prepare Omsom noodles per package instructions.
- Let cool slightly, sprinkle with salt, then break into pieces.
- Sprinkle the crispy turkey skin over your Coconut Lemongrass Curry Noodles
- Top with cilantro, lime slice, and/or shredded turkey. Enjoy!
