Coconut Lemongrass Curry Saucy Noodles



Preheat your air-fryer!

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Remove the skin!

  1. Carefully peel off the skin from your leftover turkey

Let’s get cooking! 

  1. Spread the turkey skin flat on the parchment in a single layer.
  2. Bake for about 5-6 minutes, until the skin is crisp and golden. 
  3. Prepare Omsom noodles per package instructions. 
  4. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with salt, then break into pieces.
  5. Sprinkle the crispy turkey skin over your Coconut Lemongrass Curry Noodles
  6. Top with cilantro, lime slice, and/or shredded turkey. Enjoy!
