Vietnamese Lemongrass BBQ Shrimp

Traditional: Serve with Mama Pham's NÆ°á»›c Mắm (Dipping Fish Sauce), rice noodles, sliced lettuce, sliced cucumber, cilantro, mint, and crushed peanuts.

Mix it up: Serve on a bed of greens, cilantro, and mint.

Instructions

  1. On medium high, heat 1 tbsp. oil in the skillet for 2 minutes. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes, letting them sear on one side. 
  2. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Add the Omsom starter. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly and let sauce thicken, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. You’re done! Serve with some of our suggested favorites. Enjoy!
