Ingredients
- Omsom Vietnamese Lemongrass BBQ Starter
- 1 lb. shrimp (deveined and shelled)
- 2 tsp. neutral cooking oil
Serve with:
Traditional: Serve with Mama Pham's Nước Mắm (Dipping Fish Sauce), rice noodles, sliced lettuce, sliced cucumber, cilantro, mint, and crushed peanuts.
Mix it up: Serve on a bed of greens, cilantro, and mint.
Instructions
- On medium high, heat 1 tbsp. oil in the skillet for 2 minutes. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes, letting them sear on one side.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add the Omsom starter. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly and let sauce thicken, about 1-2 minutes.
