The sampler allowed me to try a few different recipes from the site. The flavor combinations are amazing! One ends up with a restaurant quality meal. Spicy but in a good way.

The miso was fantastic on salmon. The bulgogi was too spicy. I was anticipating a regular bulgogi flavor I get at my favorite Korean restaurant. So disappointed but it was good with beef stir fry. Haven’t tried the spicy chines sauce yet. The midi is really good. Will give you a pass on the bulgogi as your recipe may be correct but not what I was expecting. I need recommendations for less spicy sauce as I will try again.

This sauce is so good it's unreal. I got salmon, mixed stir fry veggies, and rice from the frozen section. I cooked the salmon for 9 mins, and then added this sauce to broil...my jaw dropped. It was so good I shrieked. If you have ever been to Nobu it tastes very similar to the miso black cod, which is one of my favorite dishes in the entire world. It tastes like I went to a restaurant and was ready in less than 20 mins with 1 pan and 1 sheet pan to clean. I am so excited to try all the other flavors (I got them all). This genuinely is going to change the game for cooking dinner and I am so excited to learn more about food from cultures I have never tried before. Tomorrow I am making Larb! Thank you!
